- Buy whole spices and grind them at home. This reduces the risk of adulterated masala powders.

- Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Use salt water or vinegar solutions to reduce pesticide residues.
- Support organic and certified local producers. Though sometimes costlier, they offer peace of mind.
- Cook more at home. Processed and packaged foods are more likely to contain hidden additives.
Make more food at home, this makes a lot more sense than buying processed foods that are in bad boxes.
